Bio

Bruno wrote his PhD under the joint supervision of John Reilly and Thomas Rutherford, and has visited the Joint Program/CS3 several times over the years. He has notably contributed to the development of a model for economic assessment of U.S. climate policy. He continues to collaborate with CS3 as a Research Affiliate.

Research Interests: Environmental, resource and energy economics; Public economics and regulation
